We will communicate with them with the assessment of their rug and let them know if any special considerations are necessary for that particular rug. We will not add any services to a rug that are not necessary.
Raj Oriental Rug Cleaners job is to take care of the customer and to show them what their rug needs. If a rug needs something that we do not think is worth doing, we will let them know. If the rug definitely needs extra care, we will let them know of that necessity before beginning the rug cleaning process.
